Are you taking new patients?
Yes, we always welcome new patients to our offices. Whether you need a new smile or you are having an emergency, we are ready to help you. We start seeing patients as early as 7:00 am and as late as 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, and can schedule lunch-hour visits. If you would like to fill out our New Patient paperwork before you visit, please click here. Otherwise, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time it you prefer to fill out the paperwork at our office.
What are your hours?
We start seeing patients as early as 7:00 am and as late as 5:00 pm on Monday through Thursday, and can schedule lunch-hour visits. Currently we are expanding our services to include Friday as well at our Cypress and Towne Lake locations.
Do you take insurance?
We take traditional insurance, preferred provider insurance (better known as PPO) and some discount plans. If you have a list of dentists and you are on a PPO insurance program, most likely you will see our name. If not, give us a call anyway, as we may want to join your network. We currently do not accept DMO plans.
Do you treat children?
Yes, we see kids. Most dentistry on children can be done in our office. If they need extensive work we or it is in your child’s best interest, we may refer to a pediatric dentist to expedite and manage your little ones’ care.
What kinds of dentistry do you do?
We focus on providing exceptional traditional dentistry, as well as advanced cosmetic dentistry, with an emphasis on health. Our services include implant and endodontic therapy. For a description of our services, click here.
I AM APPREHENSIVE AT DENTAL APPOINTMENTS. CAN YOU HELP ME
WITH THIS?
We understand that, for various reasons, many patients can be apprehensive during their dental appointments. We offer a range of options to deal with this, including nitrous oxide in milder cases and general anesthesia administered by an M.D. in more severe cases. If you are nervous, please let us know, and we will recommend the appropriate course of action for your particular circumstances.

Active Life Dentistry Cypress is located at 13611 Skinner Road, Suite 220, Cypress, TX 77429. This office is convenient to Cypress Village, Spring Cypress Center, Cypress Creek Lakes, Fairfield, Cypress Creek Ranch, Cole's Crossing, Cypress Mill Estates, Cypress Mill Park, Cypress Point, Black Horse Ranch, and Bridgeland.
